MBot Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") define the conditions of use for "MBot" (hereinafter referred to as the "Bot"). By adding the Bot to your Discord server or utilizing it, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Disclaimer

The developer holds no responsibility for any damages (such as data loss, server impact, etc.) caused by the use of this Bot. Use the Bot at your own risk.

2. Prohibited Actions

The following actions are prohibited when using the Bot:

• Intentionally placing excessive load on the Bot (e.g., spamming).
• Actions that violate laws, public order, or Discord's Terms of Service.
• Intentionally exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the Bot.

If any prohibited actions are detected, access to the Bot may be restricted or terminated.

3. Changes and Termination of Service

The developer reserves the right to modify, add, or temporarily/permanently suspend the functions and services provided by the Bot without prior notice.

4. Changes to the Terms

The developer may change these Terms without prior notice if deemed necessary. The modified Terms will become effective once posted on this page.
